Today when i visted to institute, i asked for course details to receptionist, he said that councilar she went to lunch and wait for 30 min i waited and asked office number and went, when i called to office she picked up the call and not responding properly, talking rudely with me. So my suggestion is give to proper training to how to respond properly to customer.
