NIIT — Certificate still not issued

Respected sir, the niit nashik city center, sharanpur road nashik, i don't know what's happening there, there is now faculty their even the head of the institute has resigned mrs sheetal pisolkar. No one is looking after the issue. It's been more than 2 years they haven't scheduled any of our exams even after complaining many times. We have paid all our fees and also we are elrolled to new program also "certificate in professional skills for it software development" no one is there to guide us and we were not even informed about this course. Our aniit last semester exam's are pending after 3 and now after agust it will be 4 years we havent' got any updates the institue primeses say that we will schedule exam and will let us know, but it's been nearly more than 2 years please look after this issue or else we have to raise a complaint to niit main head center or consumer form complaint. Their are 4-5 student facing the same problem please look after the issue as soon as possible...
