NIIT — dca course

Dear sir
I would like to inform you that i am a. Student of niit janakpuri delhi. I'm pursuing dca course from here. When i have completed my 70 course and told my faculty to schedule my exam, but they denied to schedule my exam and told me that firstly you have to pay all money then you can give your exam, and they increased my fees. At the time of admission they told me fees is 30, 000 with all the taxis and now they are demanding 38, 000 from me even i told them to convert my course into certificate in java but they denied and told me you have to complete this course.
Sir please help me i am a lower middle class boy i can't afford this.
