[Resolved]  NIIT — poor service

i am GNIIT student in NIIT. and have face some problem, my niit class room is very bad, computer can not work properly, and some computer has not mouse, so how to learning in this situation. and another problem is when semister part exam has completed and new sedule has done, [protected]@home, cycle test started but our book has not come in NIIT cloud course ware, how can i gives my exam.. service is very bad!!!... so try to solved the problems as soon as possible, thank
