In the subject matter this is to bring in your kind notice that we paid full fee for the aforementioned course which was asked to pay by your authorised franchise, but it is the matter of deep introspection that after completing the course she has been issued a participation certificate of nsdc program from your side in place of completion certificate, reason best known to your good self.
Copy of provisional as well as original certificate issued is attached for your ready reference.
In the light of above you are requested to issue completion certificate in this regard to uphold the dignity of organization and avoiding unnecessary complaint to concerned authority.
