I purchased 3 pair of shoes from nike factory outlet sec 14 gurgaon on 24th nov, 2018. I wanted to return the item on the same day for a refund. The store owner refused to issue the refund. I tried to make the return within 10 minutes of purchase. They asked me that you can go to conaumer court but we can not refund your money as per nike's policy.
