Nike India — Regarding defective shoes | |
Dear Sir/Mam, I recently buy a shoes from elante mall authorised nike showroom Chandigarh on 4th October 2020, when i was finally selected the shoe design, I told manager of the store to give me the fitted size. As per his conversation with me he given US-9 and i tried but the size is not comfortable in my one foot (Right). I complained and he told me to wear 2-3 days and then it will be fine and comfortable in your foot, if not then exchange the size, I said ok. After 2-3 days i am not comfortable with my right foot size and then I contacted the store manager (Deepak) and share about my problem which is not resolved as per his conversation, I demand for size exchange which I already discussed on same day when i buy the shoes. But he is denied to exchange my shoes and treat me in a very rude behaviour which is not good at all for the brand like nike. I did request to give me the solution to resolve because i spent around 16k, so i need proper comfort. But i feel very bad to talk with unprofessional manager in big brand nike, I am the regular customer of nike I already wearing nike shoes which is very comfortable for me. But at this time i am concerning about the defect of size. I request to the nike customer service center to consider my problem and exchange my shoe size.
