Nike India — Shoes stuck in customs

Address:Gulmohar Primrose Ivy Estate Road Wagholi

I placed an order with full payment of rs 15000 for shoe and now they are stuck in customs, Nike official carrier Aramax contacted me via email in the same and have submitted the KYC but still they are stuck.

At the time of order Nike website had no such pre requisite of KYC submission.

My order and money is stuck as there is no option to cancel the order also pls need urgent help.
