I roshan y kalburgi had used the app Niki.ai I liked it and I think this is a standard company but they does not have support team from the company I had made a recharge for my jio number but the recharge was not done successfully so it is a procedure to return the amount form there company the recharge was done by the amount of 399rs twice I should get the refund of 798rs I had made completely to the company by the mail but it not done still I had message them on 29 the November but still not respond had been came only there had send me the ticket number which we cannot use for nothing so please company member refund my amount I will take my words back of this of thank you
