[Resolved] Niki — recharge not reflecting | |||||
Sir i am an new user of niki and yesterday (10/03/2019), i tried recharging my airtel nmbr [protected] for 399 from niki via airtel payment bank and the amount of rs 372 has been deducted from my bank a/c. It shows in niki orders that recharge successful but the recharge has been failed. When i tried calling airtel customer care, they told me that recharge not done. Register mob no [protected] register email I'd [protected]@gmail.com my last order was opretor confirmation pending electriccity bill rs 1755 payment successfully paid through payzapp but order is not success so pls refund my money

I had recharged 399 for jio but the money is deducted but the status showing successful but recharge not reflected. I put this issue 18 hour ago but there is no response.niki support not giving 1 single reply for that.
