Nilkamal — Complain about the defective product (double bed) | |||||
I lodged a complain vide complain no[protected] about one month ago regarding two defective double beds purchased from your jabalpur showroom. The complain was received by some mr ramesh of your bombay head office and he assured me to change the entire strips of both of the beds. A person was sent by your jabalpur showroom to survey the beds. After surveying the bed he said that the strips used in the bed were not so strong as to hold the load and said that he would convey his survey report to head office. But sorry to say that untill today no corrective measures were taken by you. A day before yesterday once again i approached to your bombay head office where some mr rajat singh attended me and advised to e-mail you in this regard. Bill and order no is attatched below.
