[Resolved] Nilkamal — installation not done by the company even after booking for the same 5 times in a row | |
I purchased a set of 4 knock down rubber wood chairs that was delivered before 15th oct 2017 in lalghati, bhopal. The customer care started calling us 10 days later for installation starting from 25/ 26th oct 2017, thereafter consecutively booking installation dates 5 times (Five times)! Never have the technitions reached our house. For the 5th time they called on 19th november 2017, booking the date for installation on tuesday, 21st november 2017, time 12noon to 2 pm. As usual no one came. Following is the automated message that they send after booking. "customer, we have received installation reschedule request for your ticketid 7j31-33998bpscan-4151062. If you have any complaints on our service, please call us on[protected]. We will get back to you shortly. www.jeeves.co.in" We are looking at a solution to this issue. And seriously condemn this harrasment perpetrated on us by the customer care. Was this information helpful? | |
