Ninecolours — clothing order cash back on cancellation complaint | |||
This comlaint is regarding my daughter order she ordered thousand dollar worth of indian clothes for which she received 550dollar cashback discount. She tried using the cashback discount after few months but before finalusing order she was asked paypal details. So she called customer service to confirm it was use of cashback discount n not new order but her call was disconnected few times. Then within one hour she called to cancel order cos she didnot want to pay 500 dollars she was worried about. But customer service refused to cancel within one hour. Whereas within 24 hours order can be cancelled. This order was from australia. This is misguiding the customer and highly disappointing. Was this information helpful? | |||

Purchased 3 items from them. Firstly delivered only 2 secondly am not satisfied with quality and stitching . Thirdly the want me to buy again from them since they didnt refund my third items money rather they kept it in their wallet to be used on my next purchase. They denied my refunds.
