I had applied for nios d. El. Ed on sep 30, 2017. Since the server was slow and the payment didn't go through, i applied again but unfortunately both the payment have gone through. I have sent many emails to their email id given in their website but it's of no use as they have not even acknowledged it. When i telephone them, they say that they can't do anything and only email has to be sent, even after i tell them that i have sent emails and no response has come.
Can you at least look into the matter and ensure that action is taken for refunding my double payment.
