Dear sir, i had made two payments of dl ed through netbanking between 5 and 7 in the evening on september 12, at that time the money was cut from the account but the payment was not made, then again i made the payment, but the two forms the money was not refunded, which is 9023 rupees 60 paise, so i request you to regenerate my money back.

सितंबर को शाम 5 से 7 बजे के बीच किया था किंतु नेटवर्क की समस्या होने के कारण दो बार खाते से पैसा तो कट गया किन्तु फार्म का पेमेंट नही हुआ ओर बाद में मैने फिर से वो पेमेंट किया ।किन्तु दो पहले दो बार किये गए पेमेंट जिसकी राशि 4511.80 पैसे एवम 4510 रुपये है और बैंक

September 5 to 7 in the evening, but due to the problem of network, the money was cut from account twice, but the payment of the form was not 4511.80 paise and 4510 rupees. Then after 4 hours I made the payment of the same form which became complete, but there was no refund of the payment done earlier. After contacting the bank, the bank is saying that the money was reached to Neois only contact him. Contact with the Satara September 12 I am doing but I can not.
