Nios Dled — exam fees

Sir,
On 26th february 2018 i have paid my nios dled examination fee through canara bank debit card. Although the money has been deducted from my bank account, nios site is still showing 'payment not made'. Its been more than a week now and the status is still the same. My enrollment no is [protected]. Kindly fix this problem. Thanking you.
