[Resolved]  NIOS — fee amount rs 4500 not transferred to nios

Sir,
I have filled d. El. Ed online application on 12 september 2017 and paid my admission fee rs 4500 + rs 45 (Bank charge) total amount =rs 4545 by my sbi visa debit card. Citruspay merchant (Icici bank) had deducted amount rs 4545 by transaction id[protected] from by sbi account but nios did not receive the fee and my application status is - "payment not made". Please take necessary action on my above mentioned problem and send the amount rs 4500/ (Four thousand five hundred only) to nios or refund the full amount rs 4545/ to my sbi a/c no. [protected] ifsc code sbin0007997 as soon as possible.
