NIOS — money debited from account and status is transaction fail

I made a payment online for NIOS Dled 2nd Year registration by using ucobank internet banking... on 5th july 2018
Merchant name is secretary nati inst open schooling nios. From eazy pay icici
And it was redirect to ur site.
So if there is problem for paying from ur site to the nios. Plz do refund the amt debited from my account. I have attatched photos for ur necessary action to solve the problem fast.
I request kindly slove my problem as soon as posible as we could not apply double payemnt according to nios instruction since the last date of admisson for dled 2nd year will be closed on 7th july 2018
