I would like to complain about double payment of fees for secondary course which it has been deducted twice from my PNB account which is 1250 and again1250 but when I check the status it is still pending I tried calling the regional helpline number but it is not working I sent a mail also but no reply

Updated by Mlyngdoh I would like to complain about double payment of fees for secondary course which had been deducted twice from my PNB account which is 1250 and again 1250 amounting to 2500 in total but when I check the status it is still pending I tried calling the regional centre but the number is not working I had sent a mail and made a complaint on consumer compliance before no reply.
Please refund back my money and kindly look into this matter. It is a serious issue. Please revert back
