NIOS — rs 6010 paid but status shows payment not made amount refund request

06 jul 2018 nios deled 2year fee rs 6010 paid on sbi net banking. My payment deduct my account but payment status show payment not mode. Nios rule wait 1 hour but i wait 12 hour and status show payment not mode and last date of fee submission 07 jul 2018. I repayment fee 07 jul 2018 on pnb rupay card on rs 6050 payment sucessfull and payment status show payment comlpete
So i request fefund my first payment ammount.
