Hi, My name is Hitesh Sharma, We have received a gas Cylinder from Niranjan gas agency, and the seal was broken when they deliever the cylinder. I asked him about the seal, and he replied that it always comes like that. He was not carrying the weight meter so i can weight the cylinder.
