Dear sir i have purchased nirlep selec+ flat tawa, 320mm, black
Tawa from borivali west store and as it cost 1380/- we have purchased and gifted to my motherin law,

She hardly used 3 time for dosa and the tawa got band from one side after paying such a big maount only for comapny name and quality why this happen to tawa i dont have warranty card with me but i hav message in my mobile on the date we have purchased tawa with amount swip. Kindly assist me with new tawa other wise i will escalate this to high level and also spared this in social media
