Complaint Reg Nirma VidyaVihar School in Bodakdev Ahmedabad :
My kids used to go to Nirma VidyaVihar School in Bodakdev Ahmedabad and I had paid half year fees paid for the academic year 2014-15 i.e. for the Period of April to September 2014.However I got transferred out of Ahmedabad in June'14 and requested the school to refund the fees for one quarter per child since in the first quarter school functioned only in the month of April followed by Summer Vacations from May onwards.
I have been constantly following up with the school but they blatantly refuse refunding the amount stating they have a policy and they can't refund!!! This is absolutely ridiculous and that too coming from a BIG group like NIRMA who claim to teach good values to the children studying in their institutes.
Not sure if posting a complaint here would yeild any results but it's atleast worth a try. Was this information helpful? |
