Nirmal Lifestyle Kalyan — cheated us by sending penalty letter and extraction by big brand like nirmal lifestyle

i have booked flats at Nirmal Lifestyle project (cypress Building) in Dec 2012 and paid around 800000 amount of the overall flat cost but still construction of the said building not complited . received only one answer from their all reps. Many times we has visited to the actual site location & Head office (mulund) but the Nirmal staffs are not co-operating to resolve our queries. In fact they are behaving with us like detector. They even not shown their courtesy to listen our calls. They are very adamant and moreover, they are asking customer to apply housing loan with the banks which they have already been tied up. they already delayed by them for flat registration which is going to be happen on march The same was insisted by them only. Initially i was applied loan with idbi bank w but one of the account reps from Nirmal told him to get the loan from PNB . Now, after taken approval for loan from PNB the same reps. is forcing to pay penalty as he is not providing the documents (KDMC approval & CC received for the project) which has asked to provide by IDBI. On discussion, he told me to go to any extent for the issues we will not change our terms & conditions. Big brand like NIRMAL cheating with comman lay man . so please help and save us from their extraution .
