Nirmiti Hotels, Clubs & Resorts — cancellation of membership and refund amount

I went to goa on 20th may 2018 with my family. A guy met me with a scratch card of nirmiti resorts and club holidays. He invited me to some country resort. We went there. A sales guy named sharda kumar and parag navre attended us. He showed us hotel details and explained 3 year packages including various facilities to customers. I have taken membership worth rs 45000/-.
When we returned to home, i called to nirmiti resort head office to cross verify for membership package details. They said, nirmiti resorts are not providing such facilities to customer. That time i realize that nirmiti resorts sales persons had fooled to us. I started conversation with their team (Reservation team and call centre team) and started marking mails to them.

On 28th may 2018 mr gaurav bhalla (Operation head) replied on mail stating “we will investigate the same and reply to you accordingly”

From 28 may 2018 onwards i sent many mails to them (Mr gaurav and team) to update the status of query however nobody is interested to reply on my mail.

On 02nd july 2018 mr gaurav replied with apology mail and offer me new benefits with same packages.

However i was not interested to accept this offer. I am demanding to refund my entire money on urgent basis.

On 10th aug 2018 mr. Gaurav is replied that, we will initiate your refund shortly.

On 2nd oct 2018 time 01.20 pm mr gaurav is replied on my mail as below…..
("dear justin,
Further to our several conversations and email exchanges on subject of refund amount towards membership purchase of nirmiti resorts & clubs by you, we hereby confirm that
1. We agree to pay entire amount of rs. 45000.
2. Total amount will be paid in 2 equated deffered payments @rs 22500/within this month itself on 07th october and 17th october 2018.
Please acknowledge receipt of this email and send your bank details and your postal address so 2nd payment pdc can also be posted.

However nirmiti resort teams were not refunded my money. They are using my money more than 5 months.
I am trying to contact mr nitin more (Nirmiti resorts director) and mrs jyoti (Finance head) but they are not picking my phone.
Nirmiti resort and club is fraud company.
On 23rd oct 2018 i called ashley (Customer service unit) and asking for refund status, ashley says “i had discussed to samir (Head office account department), they will refund your money in next month (Sep-18)”

Kindly help to get my refund with interest amount as they are using my money last 5 months.
