Sir, basant upadhyay I'm very sorry to forward this letter of grievance on the ORIETENTAL NISSAN satana branch. I have given my car after it had met with a minor accident. The details are as below. Kindly do the needful. Name: Basnat upadhyay Car make: Datsun Redi go, silver, 2018.: MDHFBACDOJ 5821756 Complaints: - I have left the car at service station on 29th September 2018 after it had met with a minor mishap on the road. -The major complaint was that the car rediater is is not proper work I got it towed to the ORIETENTAL NISSAN satana next day morning. -The service advisor told me that the thange the rediator and front bamper and ect.. -The service advisor gave 15th octeber as the delivery date. -Everyday since 15th october 2018, I have been following up the service advisor by phone, and he was politely postponing the date of delivery. -After few days, I went to the service center myself to check up on the progress, SURPRISED TO FIND THAT NOT A SINGLE WORK HAS BEEN DONE ON THE Car. (This was one month after the due delivery date) -Every day since then, I was talking to the service manager, and he had been telling that the parts are in transit, and it will reach the next day. -10 such 'next days' have passed, and apparently, the parts are still in transit. -Last monday I have been to the service station and the manager made me talk to the spare parts manager. He was telling the same story, that the parts are in transit.So, I asked him to give me the transport company and LR details. I kindly request you to look into this issue, and make the necessary arrangements to deliver the car as soon as possible.If your company is not able to deliver the car, kindly return it in the same condition, so that I can give it in Datsun showroom. . I have waited for almost a month for the service station to replace a bumper. (If I'm correct, bumper is the basic part, and most readily available part for any car) Kindly look into this issue and do the needful. Talking to the people in the garage has irritated me and now I seek your intervention. Hope you can solve this issue in the next two days and get my car delivered.
