Nissan Motors — Extra charges on debit card transaction
On 18th jan 2017 i visited Nissan showroom in Vijayawada for car Servicing; After all when it is done at the time of payment the staff told that there are extra charges(1 to 1.5%) on Debit card payment. Then i questioned that no other Automobile companies are charging like this then the staff replied "its an order from higher Authority we are not a part of this.If you have any queries you can raise a complaint"
We are ready to pay the services that the company is providing.As government is encouraging cashless transactions whats the point in demanding extra charges on those.
After that i enquired about the spare parts(Diesel Filter) they told the cost is around INR1800 which is double the price(only from 2014) before 2014 the cost is around INR700. As other brands are not charging this much.
