Nissan Motors — negligence in service | |||
I am proud owner of nissan sunny. Xld. Tn72 bh 8453 and it was purchased six month back. On the day of 21 april 2018 i took the car to jeevan nissan service centre for first service on their request. On 23rd aril morning i get back the car with total dissatisfaction.1, one unit diesel missing (5. Liter) 2, water wash not properly done.3, told as first free service but they charged for cleaning and alliegnment.4, servicing details not properly explained. Customer friendly totally missing. Over all they failed to get customer satisfaction in this sercice. Nissan sunny car is thebest but service is the worst. So i will be forced to select some other dealer for further service...
