Dear nissan company of japan after greeting my name is noran mahmoud-my email / [protected]@yahoo.com _ my phone no is [protected] my car is nissan qushqai model 2013-chassis no /2775637 _ motor no /234986 i went to nissan united group (Al darasa) in egypt to make the service of the car 120 km on 28/3/2018 and change the brake linings and when i receive the car i hear a sound in the brake linings then i return to united group again on 1/4/2018 and they inform me that the problem was in the brake lining cover and they fix the problem and i recive the car again and after 1 day the problem appeared again and i return to the same maintenance center on 4/4/2018 and they say they didnot hear the sound of brake linings unless i was recording the sound on my phone and the maintenance technician hear the sound and convince that there is a problem and they changed the brake linings again and i recive the car after 2 days i hear the same sound of the brake linings and i return back to the same maintenance center today 22/4/2018 for the 4th time and they inform me that i don't have a problem and there is no sound appears although i hearer the sound and they have nothing to do i can record the sound on my phone as a prove and return back to them and when i called the customer service of nisan egypt they inform me that they have nothing to do and i can check with another maintenance center to prove the sound and i think that it is the worst after sales service that i must leave my work for 4 times to make the maintenance for my car and still there is the same problem, i need a solution and the record on my phone exist any time and the maintenance recipient attached.
