I bought a Nissan Magnite Turbo CVT XL last year. The registration number is KL 27 K 5995.
I had a belief in Nissan and never had a second thought about buying Magnite. But there was a severe BRAKE SOUND issue from the beginning. I purchased the car from Pinnacle Nissan Kollam Main Branch. But even after several visits, the issue couldn't be resolved. My place is about 80 km from the showroom and I need to travel 160 km to do the service. I visited on 22/12/22 to solve the problem. They told me the issue was cleared. But the SOUND started again on that day itself. I complained again and they asked me to come again. I visited on 21/01/22 and they replaced the BRAKE PAD at approx 6300 km. There was no wear or tear. It was only due to some design problems that they changed the BRAKE PAD. Again, the issue started after 2 months. I complained again on 11/04/22 about the same problem. But nothing was done. Then again after the 1st service, the sound was loud. I complained to the SERVICE MANAGER Kollam Branch (Pinnacle). He told me that the fixed BRAKE PAD had some issue and he would replace it with a new one. But it was out of stock at that time. He didn't call me for two months. Again, I called and complained about the same. Then, I was informed that the new BRAKE PAD had arrived and would replace it. So, I gave my car on AUGUST 15th evening. But he declined to replace the faulty one he gave last time and is asking to pay the money. I had bought a new car to enjoy it but ever since the beginning, this issue was there and the service center couldn't solve it. Now, they are asking for money since they have fixed a faulty BRAKE PAD. This is so SAD. This is not the way you should treat your customers. Please fix the issue as soon as possible. I have taken GOLD CARE and all other schemes and don't know why this treatment is. I have all the proof, telephone conversations, etc.
