[Resolved] Nissan Motors — Nissan Micra | |||||
Respected Sir, It is submitted that I am Krishan Singh, costumer of your prestige NISSAN car making Company. I had purchased Nissan Micra XV Safety Car bearing No.GJ01 RE on 06.03.2014. I have never used spare wheel which was provided by the Company with the Car. Just before 2 months, my car got punctured first time after purchase and I was shocked to see that spare wheel has manufacturing defect. Then I contacted your authorised service centre i.e., Central Nissan, Ahmedabad and they have accepted that it is manufacturing defect but they are unable to replace the said wheel as the Car is more than 2 years old and it is not under warranty. As per my view, when a Company provides manufacturing defected piece, it is Company’s duty to replace such part. It is shameless that Company has refused my claim. Kindly provide your reply to proceed further. Nissan which is reputed brand is providing such bad service or we may call it as a fraud by the Company. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I had handed-over that defective wheel with rim to your authorised service centre i.e., Central Nissan, Ahmedabad on 20.05.216 to Mr. Jignesh (Mobile No.9099905744) for solving problem of defective tier but you could not change my tier .In return your executive committed that they will provide discount in other works in my car next time of an amount of Rs.3000/-against defect. On 06.05.2017, I went to the said service station to enquire about the status of defective wheel and for bringing my Stepney and I came to know that they have lost it. For the same, they have given an excuse that previous manager(Mr.Jignesh) has left the job and he is the only person who is aware of the whereabouts of the wheel.
Later on they showed me an old wheel which was lying in the service centre and asked me to accept this. I have never seen such a great service. Now I can understand that why Nissan is not successful in India. It seems that your service centres are like joker in a circus of Nissan. I salute Maruti and Hyundai for their services.
I request you to look into the matter and reply as soon as possible.
I will never suggest any of my friends/relatives to purchase Nissan Vehicles. Nissan Motors customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
