Nissan Motors — nissan micra odometer tampering

I purchased nissan micra from a outside dealer at karol bagh delhi. Car was given to me at running of 66000km. After one month when i take my car to service center, as per nissan service center car already done 266000km in july 2017.

My question is that why nissan allow the facilities of meter-back from outside. I washed my hard work money within a second. Its really very much disappointed that car can be tempered from outside easily. There should be security in the car. Now anyone pls tell me what will i do with this car which is already run more than 3lakh km. I just trap in fraud.
