Please take some action against Lakshmi Nissan Ambattur and also suggest me a better service centre in Chennai for my new Redi Go car. To LakshmiNissan: What hell is this What is happening in Ambattur service centre. Service staff asking customer to say sorry for there delay. Horribly rude service staff, don't know his name but his number is[protected]. I order a part for my car on 25th of march 2017, after that calling and following up with then every day. Today they say parts came but we used for other cars. In rude manner arrogantly without any apology. Is this they way you treat your customers?? Was this information helpful? | |||

I had purchsed Nissan Terrano in 2015, from first day facing problem in A/c cooling and approx five times went to service station and left my car to service station 4 to 5 days every times, currently already handover to car to Sparsh Nissan from 20th April for A/c problem
