Nizamuddin Railway Station — Irresponsible behaviour of enquiry regarding announcements and display of train arrival/departure

Since the traveller, my mother, Mrs. Manju Gupta (aged 62, PNR [protected]) did not have much luggage, she decided to board the train in question (12191) from NZM instead of NDLS which is nearer to our home (Mayur Vihar). On reaching station, they confirmed the platform from display board and waited on Platform # 4 as informed. The train number was being displayed on the platform's coach display also. Around 3 / 3:15 pm, train number stopped being displayed on coach display. Also Gondwana standing there did not move to make way for her train (Neither could they see what was happening in Platform # 3 as Gondwana was standing there). My father (aged 65) who had gone to see her off, went running to enquiry to find out the whereabouts of her train. They told him, train had already left from station # 3. To support my claim, she is going today by the same train by PNR # [protected] . Also attached is the Indian railways enquiry page which is still showing Platform # 4 as expected platform (still no change!!!). No doubt, we would see her off from NDLS today to avoid any problems. But previous ticket and the day is wasted for no fault of ours.
