NMMC — beggars and thieves making nuisance in whole residence

I write this complain on behalf of balaji movieplex koperkhairne, navi mumbai, sector-08, plot-90, navi mumbai-400709.

1) the property opposite to the balaji movieplex which belongs to government is focefully acquired by some thiefs and beggars who steal our customers wallets and harrase them
2 they do laterine in public places, bath in open
3) they gamble in open in public
4) without any reason loiter in our property and harrase the senior citizen, minors and all our customers.
5) their small childrens loiter in our property steal our customer wallet and valueble
6) this kind of society will not let our swacch bharat sarvekshan complete successfully, i hope you understand our problem which is not just ours but of whole society who is suffering because of this people
7) i hope you will take some legal action on this and let our society live pecefully

Please, clean the area outside the garden and not allow the owner dog to toilate to outside open garden part, and also in a lot of dog voices or barking the dog on the road at mide night, all people in sector 14 kk are disterb due to the barking of the dogs on road.

The room owener name is Mr.Ganpat Gadhve .The room is under renovation, But now the room owener has came too much forward with the construction work. Around 4 feet's the construction work has came forward. No one is taking any action on it. Plz do the needful. Plz take the legal action as soon as possible as it's under construction.
