NMMC — about illegal building in sanpada

House no 496 to 499 sanpada, sector-5, navi-mumbai there no permission is taken for house no.496 to 499 in sanpada and new illegal building of four floor is ready. The owner jayprakash dalvi and builder krisshna enterprises done to build the building in 50- 50% and the selling the 8 flat to customer in rupees 1 crore. After few month we give us information against the illegal building from reliable sources. From then we complaint against the builder and owner to nmmc and police station but not taken action against them. Hope you will co-operate us against the same fraud person. With warm regards,

Updated by GAFFAR hussain In sanpada house no 496 to 499, sector-5, sanpada, navimumbai. This 496 to 499 house not permission to constructed the building from nmmc or cidco. The building is illegal constructed the owner jayprakash dalvi of 496 to 499. Jayprakash dalvi agree to develope to "krishna enterprises"proprietor indalsingh arya as 50-50%. The said house illegally constructed and sell-out the 8 flat to customer. They both cheated to 8 flat customer for rs.1 crore. As we aware of the illegal building we immediately the complaint the nmmc, cidco and police station but not yet action against this illegal building.
