NMMC — issue related new installed dustbins

NMMC has done a great job by installing new dustbins on the road aside of Nerul NMMC school Sector 18. But the issue is that the dustbins are still not in use. All the dustbins are kept in reversed position so that no one can put in the waste. I request you to take follow up on this so that people will not throw the waste aside of the road.
