NMMC — non sterilized and stray dogs

Please provide a solution for stray dogs in sector 20 kamothe. The dogs start barking after 12 at night its becoming difficult to sleep. Moreover the dogs are not even sterilized every few months i find a litter of puppies in my area.in total there might be more than 15 stray dogs in the area. Please take some action. Those stray dogs r dangerous also. There are many kids in the area. If it bites them then who will be responsible. I have seen few more complaints being registered for kamothe regarding stray dogs but still no action is being take. Kindly treat it as an emergency and take some action.
