NMMC — online bill payment transaction failure

I pay the property tax on 1 jan 2020 Rs.1704 and amount get debited but then the webpage shows the error, and it does not reflect on website that bill payment is done, and still it's showing the bill is pending, so please resolve this issue, made the changes and please reflect that bill payment is done

The size of the board displayed at the below mentioned address is too large than the usual size and need to pls chk if they have the permissionj to display such a big board
