NMMT Bus — nmmt bus 131 (bus from borivali to thane)

Please note that nmmt bus from borivali to thane via teen hath naka.

Despite of requesting bus driver they do not stop bus at teen hath naka bus; instead nmmt drivers forced passengers to get down at startign of theen hath naka going towards kopari (Thane / east).

Forcing passengers to get down at bridge beginning without proper bus stop is not acceptable. Due to this rude and careless behavior nmmt staff putting lives at risk.

Nmmt bus should follow normal route like tmt buses. Tmt buses are going under teen hath naka bridge and allowing passengers to get down at propoer staff.

Appreciate if you can look into it on priority to stop this dangerous practice with immediate effect.

If no improvement notice in their service; i may have to take this matter with state transport authority.
