[Resolved] Nobroker — axis bank credit card fraud | |
On[protected], i was subjected to a fraud of rs eighty thousand eight hundred. One lady voice called my mobile - saying that she is an axis bank employee and i have pending bonus points on my credit card and tricked to share otp. The fraudster done two transactions each of rs 40, 400/- on no broker technologies. Thereafter i lodged fir with chennai cyber crime police on 18/06/2020. They have contacted no broker repeatedly over email. But till now problem is unresolved. I have also lodged complaints with axis bank but they are saying customer is liable. Till now i have not contacted nobroker, because they seems to be having so many fraud complaints. I have also lodged online complaint with rbi ombudsman. No broker.. I also have the same incident.Could you please tell me the steps to raise a complaint against No Broker in RBI ombudsman.I cannot find the name of nobroker in any of the drop downs.
