[Resolved] Nobroker — charging more money for hold transactions | |
I had made a transaction first time by using this nobroker app. I have given a duplicate name by mistake but without giving any warning transaction got proceed to further steps. After deducting money from my account they came back like your transaction seems suspicious you have to upload some documents. I reached to customer care officer for the same and they are responding very rudely to me. I even asked them that why they have charged transaction fee for my failed transaction. My main concern is if the documents is more important for there transaction they should mention in the very first page of the transaction or if the transaction doesn’t have the sufficient details they could have declined it there itself but not like this. I can make sure that even submitting my concern wont get my money back but at least going forward they will not do this to their customers. Was this information helpful? | |
