Nobroker — Cheating, wrong information, extracting money motto

Was in contact with Mr. Syak Iqbal since Saturday i.e. 1st August 20. He briefed me about two services, first the prepaid plan and second the post-paid plan. Since it was Saturday, I said let me look for myself for couple of days since it was weekend. After spending two days I planned to avail the services. On 3rd I called the customer care and requested a call back from Mr. Syak, he called me at 06:03 pm and asked me to go with the prepaid plan. Proactively he shared me the payment link as well. Once the payment was successful, he called me for the confirmation. The conversation started smoothly until he said that I have been assigned with an area manager. When I requested that can the area manager be changed with a male person as until then I was under impression that the one area manager assigned to me will be physically assisting me in finding the desired flat. I asked for the replacement only thinking about the toll taken and the security if in case of late hours while searching the property. Shockingly this was the moment where I came to know that there would not be any “PHYSICAL ASSISTANCE” and the assistance would be only provided online. Then I enquired that why was I not told about this earlier before doing the payment. He kept on arguing and kept on saying that I had briefed you regarding this earlier. I said NO you never briefed me on this ever and had you did so, I would have reconsidered as I wanted a physical assistance since I have limited knowledge of the area and surroundings. But he kept on justifying himself that he had informed me about this earlier. Later I told him, had he briefed me I would have never requested to change the area manager since she would have been online and anyways would not be physically assisting me. Mr. Syak had nothing to say on this. When I asked to transfer the call to his superior, he denied. Later when I asked for the refund, he said that its non-refundable. After lot of persuasion he said that the quality team will investigate the call record and accordingly the senior will be calling. A guy named Ashish, confirming himself to be senior called me at 8:10 pm and started briefing about the plan. When I inquired as why the plan was not briefed properly, he hung the phone and never called again. Today its nearly 24 hours since the plan got active, still have not received a single call from Nobroker assisting me on my search. If this is the service on DAY ONE, I wonder what kind of services anyone can expect from them. The main motto of extracting money had been achieved by giving false commitment and misguided information. I request the management to refund my money Rs. 3538.82 at the earliest without wasting a day.
