Nobroker — im complaining about the subscription plan which states 100% refund

Date of incident - 15th november 2018.
I had taken one of the no-broker plans which claims 100% refund if one finds the property on their own.
The catch here is the t&c which is not clearly highlighted or brought to notice. This is how they are tricking the customer and also nobroker claims its top revenue source is subscription services, by tricking the customers with catchy words like 100% refund plans.
So my dilemma was that i desperately wanted to move in within 15 days. I had no choice but to fall prey for this 100% refund plan.
T&c were not clearly stated or highlighted on their tenant plans page. If you are like me you would definitely think of going with 100% refund plan as there is no loss.
After subscribing to this plan, i was assigned a relationship manager. His/her role was to get the requirement and shortlist and send the notifications to the customer about the property.
Also one key thing to note here is that your relationship manager is not full time assigned to you, which you would expect. He/she will be handling multiple clients in a day. So getting leads asap is something which you cannot expect.
I was unlucky enough to get leads which i had already searched which wasted my time and also didn't do a good background verification about the property by asking if it was for bachelors / family. Because most of the times the property mentioned in no-broker specify wrong preferred tenants.
For example if s property mentions that its preferred tenant is bachelor but when contacted they deny any bachelors, which is very frustrating as you might end up visiting the property for no good.
So this is something your relationship manager doesn't verify first before sending you the leads.
My desperation was at peak and in less time i wanted to move into the new place, and if you are getting leads without prior verification made me search the property on my own.
Also i mentioned to my relationship manager to increase the rent bracket to get better properties, which i feel was not taken on a serious note.
I managed to find the property on my own and finalize it. But the property that i found was 2 k more than the rent bracket that i had specified.
My relationship manager was not sending me any leads even after i mentioned that its ok to go beyond my budget.
So now that i had the apartment of my choice which i found on my own, i needed the refund from no-broker.
P. S - i was unaware about the t&c at this moment.
I happily send the mail to my relationship manager that i found the place of my own and would like the refund to be processed asap.
There was a sudden change in behavior that i noticed and the tone was not the same which i felt instantly.
Relationship manager ignored my mail for more than a week. After when replying back on the email, i get a reply back saying that i need to send my rental agreement.
This is again no where highlighted as the process for refund which i feel it is just to buy time.
Even after submitting the rental agreement to my relationship manager, verification process itself took 2-3 weeks more.
This is how slow the process is for a customer when the refund is asked.
There was no follow up email received from no-broker or notifications of any sort.
So after more than a month of follow up, no-broker back-end team contacts me to tell that my refund claim is been rejected as the amount proposed was beyond the rent bracket stated in the requirement for no-broker.
The verbal communication was not brought into consideration that i had with the relationship manager for increasing the rent bracket / area radius.
My point here is where is the t&c of a customer taken into account.??
When a customer is in a desperate need to move into the new place, why is relationship manager turning deaf ear to customer terms.??
I would need the refund from no-broker as i feel as a customer i'm been cheated and my terms were not heard or given priority.
