[Resolved] Nobroker — Money Back Plan Refund Issue

I have opted for money back plan for Rs 7668 on May 31st 2020, my Relationship Manager Sangamesh told he has processed the complete refund on Jul 17th and I'm keep on chasing they intiated the refund for Rs 2556 on Auh 15th, now I have asked another Relationship Manager Sruthi, she informed that I have opted for dropout plan, but I haven't asked for dropout and even with discussion with Sangamesh / Sruthi he didnt informed me about dropout and told complete amount will be refunded. NoBroker customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
