I had done a booking for my aged parents for a premium service. I was told at the time of booking not to worry their people will take care of everything. After the booking was done I didn’t receive any call or msgs until an evening before the shifting just to give some information( but important info wasn’t given about the vehicle and nobody came to check the things that needs to be packed ) So on the day of shifting the people came at 8:30 whereas the timing was 9am, they got a small tempo to do this shifting … shifting of a 1 bhk..we were almost stranded and No brokers contact number doesn’t work.. it goes into recording and they only communicate through chat.. we all were so frustrated esp my aged parents and to top it the supervisor of No Broker asked us to cancel on the day of shifting… he was very rude .. I went through a hell on that day!! Would never ever want anybody go through this situation.. these guys are irresponsible, unapologetic and untrustworthy! I was told that I would get the advance refunded but that never happened!! So please don’t trust No broker if you don’t want to experience the same!!
Also after all this, these guys called for a feedback and I explained everything to them and they assured that they would process the refund since it wasn’t processed by the previous manager, just an email was sent by her.. still after this call nothing happened! They even assured that strict action would be taken against these guys .. again a Big Lie.. these guys are Bogus and Big Bluffmasters who know how to toy with the emotions of their customers.
