[Resolved]  Nobroker — no service, no refund

No broker took an advance amount through our account registered with mobile number - [protected] for shifting services.
However, they reverted confirming they will not be able to provide the service on the initial committed date.
We've been trying to reach their support for a refund since 5 days, but no response.
Please help us resolve this issue and get our money back.
