[Resolved] Nobroker — payment on hold | |
Hi team, Very very disappointed with nobroker app. I have not received my money. My tenant is asking to upload rental agreement on the app. He has made a payment to me worth rs. 50500/- now there xecutive is telling that we need rental agreement. We don"t have rental agreement and for refund also they are asking for 2% penalty charges. I am suffering from liquidity crunch and they have put my payment on hold and charging unnecessary penalties. Please take strict action against nobroker. I just want either process my money in the bank account or refund it to cardholder without charges otherwise i am going to complaint against you in the forum for my loss. May 30, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved They have sent me an email asking to upload rental agreement. They are not releasing my payment without rental agreement.
My issue is at the time of making payment they have not mentioned anywhere to upload rental agreement. NoBroker customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
