Refund no given even after Nobroker agreed to refund my subscription. Even after repeated follow up with nobroker team as on date zero response on refund on my subscription for 4 + BHK house for sale Rama Murthy Nagar near NRI Layout The Lotus park apartment. From the day I subscribed mote than 98% of days my was showing inactive in my app. Which I had brought to regular notice to NB team to resolve but every time they used to take minimum 6-7 days to resolve which as a customer I was loosing those days subscription. At last I had request for mobile no change but even as on day they had not changed and informed me that that cont changed to their technical inability on their software. Finally I raised final complaints to close my subscription and refund the full amount which I had paid for package which NB failed to service in all ways from the day one I had subscribed. But as on date it’s been more than 45 days and I had not received any refund even after NB tram member informed me on mail that they are processing the refund. Last I am awaiting to lodge a legal complaint on NB. Was this information helpful? | |
