Nobroker — refund of money under super money back plan | |
I would have given a 0 star if option was there. I enrolled for super money back plan on march 30 208. I was assigned a relationship manager. They were supposed to come to my house and take photoshoot and promote it in their website. None of this happened. We had mutually agreed appointments (2 times) for them to visit my apartment. They never turned up. Finally i mysel[censored]ploaded the photos. For this super money back plan, nobroker is supposed to handle all the calls from prospective tenants. But it wasn't the case. I got a tenant through other channels. So i promptly asked nobroker to deactivate the listing. It didn't happen. I had to make follow up after follow up. Meanwhile i was getting calls directly from nobroker clients. After several emails they finally deactivated my listing. Meanwhile the rm was changed and i wasn't even informed about it. According to the plan, if i get tenant through other channels, nobroker will do a full refund of money. When i asked the refund to my rm, he said they need the copy of the rental agreement. I submitted on may 4th 2018. I got a reply from rm that refund will happen in 3 to 7 business days. After i wrote several emails to my rm, for which he will reply immediately saying he will get back and also need more time. It has been 4 weeks now. They have an escalation mechanism which is useless. I wrote to [protected]@nobroker.in but no response. I wonder whether anyone who used "super money back plan" ever got money back.
